The ideal candidate will be highly reliable, have exceptional organisational and time-management skills and be able to meet strict deadlines.
Reporting to the financial controller, this busy role will provide a critical part of the finance function. Your duties will include the following responsibilities:
- Entering daily bank transfers into our accounting system
- Processing cheques and credit card payments
- Assist with monthly BAS, quarterly super and monthly payroll tax
- Assisting with accounts payable duties
- Undertake other
adhoc tasks required by the Financial Controller
- Maintenance of the fixed asset registers
