Navitas Workforce Solutions, a member of the ASX listed Navitas group has selected the iDlogik online resume platform to power NavitasCV.com, its new integrated learning and candidate management portal.
The Navitas group, a world leader in the development and provision of educational services and learning solutions, required an online product to assist in the transition of its professional year students from education into full-time employment.
The iDlogik resume, with its unique combination of personal career management functionality, and powerful employer based candidate management tools, was ideally suited to meet the Navitas brief. This called for the delivery of a tangible value-add to Navitas students through seamless connectivity with internship and employment opportunities.
iDlogik is an Australian online startup that allows employers to recruit organically online, via social networking-style links on their website and within specific job ads. Candidates simply link their eResume to employers in response to an advertised job, or simply as an expression of interest in future opportunities.
iDlogik enabled employers are also able to take a more pro-active approach in locating candidates through highly targeted system-wide job alerts, powerful contextual database searching, and candidate filtering.
