Summary I have close to 6 years experience within customer service and sales. I spent 5 years working for McDonalds where I learnt many skills my job role there apart from being a crew member was a crew trainer which included not only training new staff but making sure all staff were following correct procedures and helping the shift manager with duties whilst on shift. My previous Job is administrative work for Melbourne Liquidation Centre where I have learnt more about sales and have a great understanding of the MYOB system. My current job is for Local Rentals where I ring potential customers and try to sell them to come on board and rent products from our company. My highest educational level apart from VCE is Certificate IV in Basic University studies which I completed in 2010 at MIBT. |
