Most recently in my career and due to a genuine passion for education and development I commenced employment with Navitas Limited as a Internship Recruitment Officer. Navitas is the largest education provider in Australia. I am respsonsible for developing relationships with a variety of companies in order to secure Internships for recent graduates in the areas of IT, Accounting and Engineering. Previously I was employed as the Senior Recruitment Officer servicing ABC Learning Centres with their recruitment needs. I managed the entire recruitment function for over 100 childcare centres in NSW with both phone, face-to-face and Group Interviews and employee relations advice. I recruited for centre staff ranging from Assistants through to Directors and Management level. I also gained some solid fast paced recruitment experience within an IT Consultancy. Sales & Marketing was my specialiality for Corporate & SMB clients ranging from high-level Sales Directors, Business Develpment Managers through to Account Managers and Internal sales representatives. I also had exposure recruiting in technical verticle markets ranging from SAP Functional & Technical Consultants, all ranges of Network and IT Support and Development.

Consistantly hit targets and placed an entire sales team into one of Gap's major accounts.
