I am a recent university graduate in the discipline of Property Development. I also hold an Advanced Diploma of Property Valuation which was completed in 2009 at credit level. Prior to the completion of my studies I was employed as new car sales consultant for 4 years where I developed sound skills in customer service, communication, negotiation, time management, team work and problem solving. My studies gave me sound knowledge in property valuation and varies aspects of property development such as valuation methodologies, feasibility studies etc. Now I need professional experience to compliment that knowledge. Therefore I am looking to secure an entry level position preferably in the area of valuation, property management, commercial/retail leasing or property development, within a strong and reputable organisation who will help to set me firmly on the path to career success. It is also my intention to complete a master degree in Property Development on a part-time basis after been employed in a desired role.
