Solvents distillation (Diethylether, Tetrahydrofuran, Dichloromethane).
Reaction conditions. Equivalent of reaction, solubility of the reagents and catalysts, atmosphere of reaction (with or without molecular nitrogen), duration of the reaction.
LC method process control.To follow the evolution of the reaction through a chromatographic plate with ultraviolet light.
Extraction method. Separation of phases (organic phase and aqueous phase).
Purification HPLC method. Separation of a mixture of compounds through a chromatographic column filled with silica and eluents (solvents mixture). The compounds are separated on the basis of their polarity.
