Business Accelerator Services is a technology platform that integrates outsourced services with the customer's internal business processes and fulfils their requirements. It ensures compliance of service delivery to outsourcing SLAs and process goal. Base))) addresses scheduling issues as a result of demand fluctuations by offering features like SLAs and Performance Management, Quality Management and Demand Management. Base))) provides solutions for, Workflow and case management Visibility and traceability of work items Configurable business rules driven processes Automated validation, exception handling Reporting.

Responsibilities/Achievements :

• Have handled the reporting module for the Clients BCG, Sony, Freescale, Sears, Arcelor Mittal, Alcatel Lucent.
• Robust Reports were created which was appreciated by client for the accuracy in data retrieval and quick response time .
• Have developed some critical Change Requests. Production issues raised were resolved quickly and got appreciated for the same.
• Involved in Code Review and Bug fixing.
• Provided support and maintenance for all clients.
• Worked on both Java as well as Database side .
• Worked as a key member in the team and participated in daily scrum meetings to report status of the development and issues to top management.
